These terms govern the rental of dumpster containers from Pine Dumpster Co. By booking a rental, you agree to the terms below.

Rental Period and Pricing

Pricing, weight allowance, and rental length are confirmed with you before delivery. Charges beyond the included weight allowance are disclosed upfront, not added as a surprise after pickup.

Placement and Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery area is clear of vehicles, low hanging branches, and locked gates. Containers placed on a public street may require a permit from the City of Longview, which is the customer’s responsibility to obtain unless otherwise arranged.

Prohibited Materials

Tires, paint, batteries, wet trash, and other hazardous materials are not accepted in a standard roll off container. Additional fees may apply if prohibited materials are found in a container.
