What size trailer do I need?
It depends on what you’re hauling. A small utility trailer handles yard waste, furniture, or moving boxes. Equipment trailers are sized for mowers, ATVs, and similar machinery. Dump trailers are the right call for loose material like dirt or gravel in larger volumes. Tell us what you’re moving and we’ll confirm the right size before you book.
Do I need a special license to tow?
For most personal towing in Texas, a standard Class C driver’s license covers it — it’s rated for towing a vehicle up to 10,000 lbs, which covers the trailers we rent to homeowners and most contractors. A non-commercial Class A license only comes into play at much higher combined weights (a gross combination weight rating of 26,001 lbs or more, with a trailer over 10,000 lbs GVWR), which is well beyond what our rental trailers involve. If you’re unsure about your specific tow vehicle, Texas DPS can confirm what your license covers — we’re happy to point you in the right direction, but we’re not a substitute for that confirmation.
What can I load on a rental trailer?
General household goods, yard waste, equipment, and loose material like dirt, gravel, or mulch on our dump trailers. Hazardous materials, chemicals, and anything illegal to transport are off-limits, same as with our dumpsters. If you’re not sure whether something’s a fit for a trailer versus a dumpster, ask before you load it.
Do you deliver the trailer, or do I need to pick it up?
Both are available. We can have the trailer ready for pickup, or coordinate drop-off if that works better for your schedule — let us know which you’d prefer when you book.
How long can I keep a rental trailer?
As long as your project needs. Daily and weekly rates are both available — tell us your expected timeline and we’ll quote the rental period that matches it instead of a one-size-fits-all window.
Storage Units

What size storage containers do you offer?
One size — the 8×20 portable container, giving you 160 square feet of floor space. We keep it simple so you’re not paying for space you don’t need. Tell us what you’re storing and we’ll confirm it’s a good fit.
How long can I keep the container?
As long as your project needs, from a short-term move to a months-long job site or business storage need. Tell us your timeline and we’ll quote accordingly.
Can I combine a storage container with a dumpster rental?
Yes — many customers rent both at once, storing what they’re keeping while a dumpster handles what they’re throwing out. See our home cleanout, business, or job site dumpster options.
Do you deliver to my exact location?
Yes. Tell us where you need it — your driveway, yard, or job site — and we’ll place it there directly, not at a facility you have to drive to.
Is the container secure?
Yes, the container locks and stays on your property, under your control, rather than sitting in a shared facility.
Junk Removal, Scrap & Trash Pickup

What items can’t be removed?
Hazardous materials, chemicals, and anything illegal to transport or dispose of. If you’re not sure whether something qualifies, ask before we schedule your pickup.
Do you buy or accept scrap metal drop-off?
No — we don’t operate our own scrap-buying yard. We’ll help you separate metal out of your junk removal or dumpster load and point you to an established local scrap buyer here in the Longview area. Hours, current pricing, and accepted materials vary by yard and are set by each one directly, so call ahead before you make the trip — ask us for a recommendation when you book.
Is trash pickup recurring, or a one-time visit?
One-time and on-demand only. We don’t run a recurring pickup route — you call when you need something hauled off, and we schedule around your timeline.
What’s the difference between junk removal and a dumpster rental?
Junk removal means our crew shows up, loads it, and hauls it away the same visit — best for a load you want gone immediately. A dumpster rental means a container stays on your property so you can load it at your own pace over several days — better for an ongoing project. Tell us your situation and we’ll recommend the right fit.
About Us
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — every driver and every container meets the insurance and licensing standards required to operate in Gregg County, so you’re covered from delivery to pickup.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Longview and Gregg County, including homeowners, contractors, and businesses across the area.
How fast can you deliver a dumpster?
Most jobs get a dumpster on site quickly after booking. Call us with your timeline and we’ll confirm the fastest available delivery.
Do your prices change after delivery?
No. The price you’re quoted up front — including rental length, weight allowance, and any potential extra charges — is the price you pay. Nothing gets added after the container is on your property.
What if I need the dumpster longer than planned?
Just call or text us. We’ll work out an extended rental period before your original term runs out so there’s no gap in service.

Most deliveries happen within 24 hours of booking, and same-day delivery is available in many cases if you call early enough in the day.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Every quote is free, with no obligation to book, and includes the full price before any delivery is scheduled.
Can I text instead of call?
Yes. Texting (430) 323-4070 works for quotes, scheduling, and quick questions, and often gets a faster reply than email.
